2. What Happens After Submitting a DMCA Notice

Once we receive your DMCA takedown notice:

  • We will review the request to ensure it meets all legal requirements.

  • If the notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the reported content.

  • We will notify the user responsible for the content, providing them with a copy of the notice.

  • The user has the right to submit a counter-notification if they believe the content was removed in error.


3. Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification to restore the content. Your counter-notice must include:

  2. Your contact information: Full name, address, telephone number, and email.
